Violetta Drobot is an HR strategist and AI training specialist with more than eight years of progressive HR leadership experience building and scaling people functions in biotech and pharmaceutical organizations. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management & Project Management from Northeastern University, is a SHRM SCP, and is PMI certified in Prompt Engineering. Violetta built HR functions from stealth mode to scale at METiS Therapeutics, Voyager Therapeutics, and Genocea Biosciences by navigating the complexity of rapid growth, limited resources, and constant change.
Today, she works with biotech organizations through fractional consulting, helping HR leaders move from anxiety about AI to strategic confidence. Her approach embeds project management discipline into HR operations, ensuring that AI adoption integrates seamlessly into performance management, benefits administration, talent development, and organizational communication. Rather than replacing human judgment, she teaches teams to use AI as a tool that amplifies their strategic thinking.
