PANEL DISCUSSION: Rebel HR: From Human Capital to Human Flourishing

As a follow-up to the Freedom to Flourish keynote, this interactive panel brings together several bold transformation pioneers to explore what it takes for HR to lead systemic change. The session will challenge the conventions of organisational design, performance, and leadership, offering a practical and provocative conversation about what “good” looks like when HR steps into its full moral and strategic potential.

Key Questions:
  • What are the structural limits of traditional HR in today’s crises?
  • How can HR shape organisations that produce social value, not just human capital?
  • What leadership and governance shifts are required to escape the “strategic partner” trap?
  • How do we build HR functions capable of challenging—and transforming—the system from within?
