Serving as HR Vice President at Dauch- former GKN Automotive, she is experienced in partnering with C-suite leaders to drive organizational design, talent development, and transformation across central functions and business divisions.
She has a strong track record in aligning HR strategy with business goals, leading large-scale workforce planning, and managing organizational change across EMEA and global operations. Prior to GKN, she held multiple leadership roles at Aptiv (formerly Delphi), where she oversaw HR strategy for regions of up to 38,000 employees and led major transformations, restructurings, and international expansions. With a background in psychology and strategic management, Traiana brings a people-centered, data-driven approach to leadership, with deep expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
