With over 17 years of experience in Human Resources, Rita is a seasoned HR professional with expertise in driving strategic HR initiatives across global organizations and multicultural teams. Currently serving as the People Head at Nokia’s Cloud & Network Services business group, Rita leads HR strategy for Network Monetization, Emerging Technologies and Packet Core, working closely with business leaders to align people strategies with business goals. 

Throughout her career, Rita has designed and implemented HR processes from scratch, managed talent development programs, and led leadership initiatives to foster growth and engagement. Rita has held key HR leadership roles at Nokia, NetJets Europe, OGMA, and STEF, collaborating with senior leaders to drive cultural transformation and organizational development. Her passion lies in creating people-centric strategies that enhance business performance and foster inclusive, agile, and boundaryless leadership.
