Dr. Nadine Sterley has been a member of the GEA Group Executive Board since January 2026. At the DAX-listed machinery and plant manufacturing company, she is responsible for People, Sustainability, Legal Affairs, Internal Audit, Quality and Health and Safety (Q&HSE), as well as Real Estate Excellence. In her role, she integrates organizational and leadership development with sustainable corporate management and robust governance structures.
Since 2021,as Chief Sustainability Officer, she has strategically anchored sustainability within the Group’s business model and driven its effective implementation across the global organization. Before joining the Executive Board, she held various management positions at GEA. Her international career has also taken her to Gothenburg, Frankfurt am Main, and Washington, D.C.
Dr. Sterley advocates for clarity in decision-making, measurable impact, and a leadership culture founded on accountability.
