Ivan Livoni

VP Global HR – YOKOHAMA TWS

Ivan Livoni holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science from LUISS Guido Carli University, graduating cum laude. He later earned an MBA in Economic Development of the Services Sector from the Guglielmo Tagliacarne Institute.

He began his career in Human Resources within the communications and television industry, before moving into the wholesale and retail food sector. He subsequently joined the engineering and aerospace industry at Leonardo (formerly AgustaWestland), where he managed two critical manufacturing plants responsible for the production and maintenance of civil and military helicopters on a global scale.

He later took on a new challenge at Bristol Myers Squibb, overseeing two internationally significant manufacturing plants before being promoted to lead Talent Acquisition for Italy.

Currently, Ivan serves as VP Global HR at Yokohama TWS, a business unit of The Yokohama Rubber Company, a Japanese multinational recognized worldwide for premium tires driven by innovation, performance, and a strong commitment to sustainability.

He is a well-rounded HR executive with extensive international experience in multinational organizations and complex, matrix-driven business environments.
