Eleonora Durmazis a global People & Culture executive with 20+ years of experience turning business strategy into high-impact HR, talent, and leadership outcomes across large, fast-moving, multicultural organizations.
She has held senior roles spanning HR, Talent, Learning, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, and Communications — both in-business and at corporate group level — with General Electric, Grundfos, and most recently ZEISS. As a consulting partner at Flow International Consulting, she advised C-suite leaders on culture transformation, people and organizational change across global markets.
Eleonora is known for bridging strategic vision with operational rigor: she has designed and scaled people programs globally and led complex stakeholder environments across cultures and geographies. Eleonora is also a certified leadership faculty and master trainer, having designed and facilitated hundreds of events. Her recently completed certifications in Agile, AI, and Digital Transformation reflect her commitment to staying at the forefront of how technology and new ways of working are reshaping organizations and HR.
She holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University, an Advanced Executive Coaching Diploma (AoEC, UK), and completed GE’s 3-year Global HR Leadership Program. She speaks five languages and has lived and worked across six countries. Eleonora is based in Germany.
