Teresa Coelho is Global People and Sustainability Officer at Accumin, bringing over 25 years of experience in human resources and organizational leadership across multiple industries, including finance, retail, e-commerce, and insurance. Since January 2023, she has led the people and sustainability strategy for the Tinsa group, a leading real estate valuation and advisory company operating in 14 countries across Europe and Latin America.
Prior to her current role, Teresa was Partner responsible for Human Resources at KPMG in Spain and Andorra and served as HR Director at Amazon Spain and Italy from 2015 to 2019. In the financial sector, she held senior HR roles at Barclays Bank, including HR Director for Portugal and Head of HR Services for Iberia, later expanding her responsibilities to Continental Europe and the United Arab Emirates.
Teresa holds a degree in Sociology, a Master’s in Human Resources Management, an MBA in Business Administration, and has completed executive leadership programs at Stanford, Northwestern, and the University of Philadelphia. She combines deep international experience with expertise in HR strategy, talent management, organizational transformation, and sustainability, helping organizations align people practices with business performance and social impact.
