Teresa Coelho is a seasoned leader with more than 25 years of experience dedicated to managing people and Human Resources processes in large international companies and in various industries, such as finance, retail, e-commerce or insurance. Since January 2023, Teresa has been Global People and Sustainability Officer of the Tinsa group, one of the largest real estate property valuation & advisory companies with presence in 14 countries across Europe and Latin America.
Previously, she was the partner responsible for Human Resources at the consulting firm KPMG in Spain and Andorra and, between 2015 and 2019, she held the position of HR Director at Amazon Spain and Italy.
In the financial sector, Teresa has held various positions at Barclays Bank, first as HR Director in Portugal and then as Head of HR Services in Iberia, which she later expanded to Continental Europe and the United Arab Emirates.
