Head of HR & Wellbeing – NATIONAL BANK OF BELGIUM

Siska D’hoore is the Head of HR at the National Bank of Belgium, where she plays a key role in shaping the Bank’s people strategy to meet today’s evolving organizational and societal challenges. Her work focuses on strengthening organizational culture, enhancing employer branding, and driving talent development to ensure the Bank remains an attractive and future-ready employer.

Prior to joining the National Bank of Belgium, Siska built a strong career in the IT sector. She initially worked on the business side, where she was closely involved in large-scale outsourcing and organizational design initiatives. She later transitioned into Human Resources, serving as HR Director for West & Central Europe at Getronics, a global IT services company.

Siska brings extensive experience across multiple sectors, including finance, public services, and professional services, with professional exposure spanning Europe and India. She has a deep interest in the changing nature of work, particularly in relation to hybrid working models, employee experience, and modern workplace practices, making this a central focus of her leadership approach.
