Before joining Sportradar, Severine served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Fyffes International, part of Sumitomo Corporation. She has held both regional and global HR leadership roles in B2B and B2C organizations, gaining extensive international experience in the Netherlands, UK, Hong Kong, and Switzerland. Her career includes positions at leading companies such as Heineken, Novo Nordisk, and Steelcase, where she led programs in talent strategy, leadership development, change management, and HR transformation.
Severine holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Master in Labor Law, combining strategic business insight with deep expertise in employment law, people analytics, and organizational design. She is recognized for her ability to align human capital strategies with business objectives, drive cultural change, and build high-performing global teams.
