Samir Chabane is the Global Head of Employee Experience & Culture at ASTEMO, with over 20 years of international experience in Human Resources management. Throughout his career, he has built deep expertise across all major HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, labour relations, staff cost control, and learning & development, supporting organizations in complex and evolving business environments.

Samir has held a variety of roles at both corporate headquarters and operational subsidiary levels, allowing him to successfully navigate the balance between global HR strategy and local execution. His experience in HQ functions has involved shaping HR policies, governance frameworks, and people strategies, while his operational roles have focused on implementing these strategies on the ground, closely partnering with business leaders and teams.

In his current role at ASTEMO, Samir leads global initiatives focused on employee experience, engagement, and organizational culture, with a strong emphasis on performance, inclusion, and sustainable growth.
