He brings over 25 years of experience from McDonald’s Corporation, where he led global technology transformation initiatives supporting systems across more than 38,000 restaurants in 120 countries.
Phil played a key role in McDonald’s cloud journey, helping accelerate digital transformation, optimize costs, and scale e-commerce and digital services globally. He is passionate about aligning culture, leadership, and technology to enable innovation, empower teams, and help organizations successfully navigate complex transformation and cloud adoption journeys.
Phil is widely recognized for his expertise in change management and his ability to help organizations overcome legacy barriers and embrace modern, scalable technology solutions.
