Norah Sehunoe is a seasoned Human Capital Executive, leadership development advocate, and qualified Life Coach with over 20 years of experience in financial services across insurance and banking. She most recently served as Executive Head of Human Capital at Santam Insurance and was a member of the Santam Executive Committee and several board committees. In this role, she led the organisation’s people strategy, aligning it with business priorities while shaping a high-performance culture and a differentiated employee experience.
Norah is deeply passionate about leadership development and unlocking employee potential as a driver of organisational excellence. She is known for building high-performing teams, cultivating authentic leadership, and helping organisations create strong, purpose-driven cultures where people and performance thrive.
