Max Hunter is the Chief Joy Officer and Founder of MOTIVATORS@WORK. As a professional coach and facilitator, Max specializes in building high-performing teams that genuinely collaborate, supporting organizations through the people side of change, and designing and moderating impactful team events of any size—both in person and virtually.

Max is passionate about creating vibrant workplaces filled with intrinsically motivated, engaged, and purpose-driven people. His vision is simple yet powerful: workplaces where people wake up on a Monday morning thinking, “Great, I’m looking forward to going back to work.” By definition, this mindset creates sustainable success.

At the heart of Max’s work is fostering a strong sense of belonging, purpose, recognition, and accountability—enabling individuals and teams to make a meaningful difference. He brings over 15 years of hands-on business experience, primarily in marketing and customer data, which adds strong real-world management insight to his coaching and facilitation approach.
