Laetitia de Montgolfier is Group Human Resources Director (CHRO) at FM Logistic, a position she has held since 2025. She holds a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Rennes 2 and a master’s in human resources management from Paris Dauphine University.
Laetitia began her career in 2001 at Coca-Cola Enterprises, leading HR projects in both France and the United States. She then held key HR roles at Veolia Propreté and Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies, before gaining international experience in the plastics industry and at Amazon, where she served as HR Director for Amazon France Logistics and took on broader international responsibilities.
In 2022, she was appointed Executive Human Resources Director at Lidl France. Drawing on her extensive and diverse background, Laetitia now leads FM Logistic’s HR strategy, supporting the company’s transformation, talent development, and organizational growth across the Group .
