Having worked with HR and law over the last 18 years I have build very solid competences and experience with all aspects of HR and employment law being recognized as a focused problem solver with a practical and hands on approach. Business is what drives me. Understanding the business challenges, market setting and commercial agenda and making a difference and delivering results in the business context I am in and through the team, I am part of. I have an entrepreneurial and strategic mindset and have through my career a number of times been tasked to set up and create a new department, product, structure, strategy or team, which is were I am in my sweet spot. I am a idea generator and see opportunities both at large and small scale. My high learning agility and continuous focus on development of own capabilities and skills keeps me innovative and strategic.

Over the years, I have worked with recruitment and employer branding and been a recruiter across very different functions like IT, finance, strategy, operations etc. I have been supporting leaders with onboarding as well as the annual Leadership cycle of performance management including objective setting performance appraisal, mid-year review and salary review. Other areas have been people development and business relevant capability building. Finally, I have also provided coaching and sparring to leaders as well as legal counselling about collective agreements and labour law aspects both as attorney and as HR leader.
