She has led major business, organizational, and cultural transformations, with expertise spanning talent management, succession planning, M&A integration, organizational development, performance management, and ESG initiatives, including employee experience, CSR, culture, and diversity, equity & inclusion.
In her current role as Global Head of People Success at Opella, Johanna drives the company’s people strategy across 46 countries and 11,000 employees. She oversees recruitment, talent development, leadership programs, and initiatives to strengthen workplace culture, learning, and inclusion.
