Jochen Brenner is Vice President Human Resources at Procter & Gamble (P&G) and serves as Managing Director and Labour Director for P&G Germany and Austria. Jochen has been with P&G since 1998 and brings over 25 years of extensive international HR leadership experience. Prior to his current appointment, he served as Senior Director HR for DACH Market Operations, based in Schwalbach, where he led people and organizational strategies across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Earlier in his career, he worked in Cincinnati as Associate Director HR, focusing on global talent and leadership development.
Throughout his career, Jochen has played a key role in shaping P&G’s people strategy, driving leadership development, and supporting business transformation in complex, global environments. P&G employs approximately 99,000 people worldwide.
