Jochen Brenner is Vice President Human Resources at Procter & Gamble (P&G) and serves as Managing Director and Labour Director for P&G Germany and Austria. He has been with P&G since 1998 and brings over 25 years of international HR leadership experience across talent management, leadership development, and organizational transformation.
Prior to his current role, Jochen served as Senior Director HR for P&G’s DACH Market Operations, leading people and organizational strategies across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Earlier in his career, he worked in Cincinnati as Associate Director HR, focusing on global talent and leadership development initiatives.
Throughout his career, Jochen has played a central role in shaping P&G’s global people strategy, driving leadership excellence, supporting business transformation, and fostering a high-performing culture in complex, multinational environments. His work impacts P&G’s workforce of approximately 99,000 employees worldwide.
