Jason Bloomfield is Global Head of People Change & TA Transformation at Ericsson, bringing over 20 years of experience driving strategic impact and innovation across multiple industries and geographies. A hands-on leader, he inspires teams with a shared sense of purpose, vision, and measurable outcomes.
Since joining Ericsson in 2022, Jason has focused on transforming the employee experience for the company’s 100,000-strong global workforce. His work spans digital transformation, designing customer- and employee-centric journeys, managing multi-billion-dollar mergers and acquisitions, advancing sustainability initiatives, and implementing new ways of working. He currently also serves as Global Head of TA Transformation, leading talent acquisition strategy on a global scale.
Jason is widely recognized for his expertise and has been invited to speak at industry events, including Reuters. He also contributes to the not-for-profit sector as a Board member, sharing his insights on leadership, change, and organizational transformation.
