Hanna Grasso is Executive Vice President of HR & Communications at Beijer Ref, where she leads the company’s global human resources and corporate communications strategy. She is responsible for driving organizational development, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture, and aligning people strategies with business goals across Beijer Ref’s international operations. Her work spans talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, change management, and internal communications.
Hanna holds a Master’s degree in International Business Administration from Jönköping International Business School and brings extensive experience in HR leadership across multiple industries. She has previously served as HR Director at Trelleborg Engineered Coated Fabrics, HR Manager Operations at Skånemejerier (Lactalis), and HR Manager Sweden at Saint-Gobain Sekurit AB & Emmaboda Glass AB. Throughout her career, she has led initiatives in organizational transformation, operational HR excellence, talent strategy, and workforce development, providing practical and strategic solutions that drive business performance in complex, multinational environments.
