Christine Kirbach is Chief Human Resources Officer at Elektrobit, a role she has held since November 2022. She brings extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and leadership, helping organizations navigate change and drive performance.
In addition to her executive role, Christine serves as a Guest Lecturer at Fresenius University of Applied Sciences and has been a Member of the Board of Trustees at Hochschule Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Munich since 2014, contributing to the development of future HR and business leaders.
Prior to Elektrobit, Christine co-founded the Red Lab (2015–2022), an organization dedicated to leveraging digital transformation for businesses, and served as interim Chief Customer Officer at Culcha. She has also held senior leadership positions at ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, Fresenius SE, DDI Deutschland, and Eligo GmbH, gaining deep expertise across recruiting, talent management, and organizational development.
