Angelika Inglsperger is the Global Head of People for Allianz Group, where she leads the Group-wide Center of Excellence for employer branding, sourcing and recruiting, talent management, diversity & inclusion, health, and employee engagement. In this role, she shapes and drives global people strategies that support Allianz’s long-term business objectives and strengthen its position as an employer of choice worldwide.
Prior to her current position, Angelika served as Head of Global Talent Development at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty. There, she was responsible for all global talent and learning initiatives, as well as employee engagement activities. A key highlight of her work was the successful design, set-up, and leadership of the Corporate Academy, creating scalable learning frameworks and leadership development programs across the organization.
In addition, Angelika acted as a strategic business partner to the Board, advising on talent, performance, and compensation topics. She is known for combining strategic people leadership with a strong execution mindset, fostering inclusive cultures, and building future-ready capabilities that enable both individuals and the organization to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
