The 2025 Agenda will be developed to reflect on the most pressing challenges faced by people professionals. There are several megatrends shaping the world of work and the HR WorldSummit aims to address the most critical issues so that you and your organization will successfully navigate in today’s turbulent times. FUTURE OF WORK & TRANSFORMATION:

The “Future of Work & Transformation” track will focus on the rapidly changing landscape of work and the transformative forces reshaping organizations today. This track will provide insights into how HR leaders can navigate the complexities of emerging technologies, new work models, and the ongoing evolution of the workplace. Key topics will include:
