Elizabeth Phillips is a senior human resources leader with over 25 years of experience driving strategic HR initiatives across diverse organizational environments. For 12 years, she served as the principal of a boutique human resources consulting firm in New England, supporting small to mid-size organizations with comprehensive HR solutions. Her work included providing on-site HR leadership, developing talent management and total rewards programs, facilitating employee development initiatives, and ensuring HR compliance and operational excellence.
Elizabeth currently serves as Vice President and Director of Human Resources and Administration at Mitsubishi Electric Research Laboratories (MERL), where she leads HR strategy and administrative functions in support of a world-class research environment. She partners closely with executive leadership to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and engagement.
