In this role she drives organizational effectiveness, talent development, and capability building to support business growth and transformation.
Clémentine has held multiple HR leadership roles at Schneider Electric over more than 16 years, with experience spanning strategic HR transformation, business partnership and global HR operations across diverse regions and functions. Prior to joining Schneider Electric, she built foundational expertise in recruitment and workforce development in the broader corporate sector.
