Garima Srivastava is a business- and outcomes-oriented HR leader with deep expertise in both the art and science of human resources. She has worked in multicultural environments across Asia, Europe, and the Americas with organizations such as Takeda Pharmaceutical, Volvo Group, General Electric, and Infosys.
She currently serves as Head of Talent Acquisition for the Global Portfolio Division at Takeda Pharmaceutical, based in Zurich, Switzerland, where she also leads the DE&I agenda within Takeda’s global Talent Attraction strategy. Garima brings extensive experience across senior HR leadership roles in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, University Relations, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She is also a trained leadership coach and a design thinking practitioner.
Garima holds an MBA in Human Resources and an engineering degree, and is currently pursuing an Executive Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior. A lifelong learner, she is driven by a passion to create meaningful impact.
