As Head of HR Europe, she leads a robust team of 120 HR professionals, ensuring the delivery of innovative HR solutions that resonate with a workforce spanning 40 countries and 35,000 colleagues. Her dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and championing continuous improvement aligns closely with Siemens Energy’s values and strategic objectives.
Since June 2023, she has played a key role in evolving HR practices, with a strong focus on transformation, leadership development, and advancing inclusion and diversity. Her expertise in Change Management and Oracle E-Business Suite has been instrumental in streamlining processes and strengthening business partnerships. As a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, she has successfully implemented strategies that support the Electrification, Automation, and Digitalisation unit.
