Alparslan Soysal is a global Total Rewards executive with over 20 years of cross-industry experience leading data-driven compensation and benefits strategies, workforce planning, and large-scale HR transformation initiatives across multinational organizations.
He currently serves as VP, Compensation & Benefits International at Paramount Skydance, where he leads international reward strategies. His scope includes executive and equity compensation, job architecture, performance and sales incentives, global mobility, benefits, and pay transparency initiatives. Alparslan partners closely with senior leadership and plays a key role in M&A, organizational design, and transformation programs.
Prior to Paramount, Alparslan held multiple senior Total Rewards leadership roles at Philip Morris International, where he supported complex, multi-market environments globally while the company has been going through enterprise-level transformations. Throughout his career, Alparslan has focused on leveraging analytics, technology, and employee and organization insights to evolve traditional reward models into personalized, performance-driven systems. His work centers on using data to better understand what helps to attract, retain and motivate employees and to design reward solutions that help businesses achieve sustainable growth.
