Rita Ribeiro is a seasoned Human Resources leader with over 17 years of experience driving strategic people initiatives across global organisations and multicultural teams. She currently serves as People Head for Nokia’s Cloud & Network Services business group, where she leads the HR strategy for Network Monetization, Emerging Technologies, and Packet Core, partnering closely with business leaders to align people strategy with business priorities.
Throughout her career, Rita has built and scaled HR frameworks from the ground up, led talent and leadership development initiatives, and supported cultural and organisational transformation. She has held senior HR roles at Nokia, NetJets Europe, OGMA, and STEF, and is particularly passionate about creating people-centric, inclusive, and agile leadership models that strengthen business performance and enable boundaryless collaboration.
