Judith Kuhn is a German-trained lawyer, business economist, and certified Executive Coach from Henley Business School (UK). She has been with Leggett & Platt since December 2020, where she leads global HR for the Hydraulics Business Unit, defining and implementing the global HR strategy in alignment with corporate guidelines.
In her role, Judith focuses on introducing and standardising HR structures, processes, and core people practices across Europe, North America, and Asia. She works closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistency while thoughtfully addressing local requirements, cultural nuances, and business needs.
Prior to joining Leggett & Platt, Judith held a range of senior legal and HR leadership positions across Europe, including more than ten years at Hertz Car Rental. Her background in law, business, and coaching enables her to bridge strategy and execution, supporting leaders and organisations through complex change and transformation.
