Laetitia de Montgolfier has been Group Human Resources Director of FM Logistic since 2025. She holds a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Rennes 2 and a master’s degree in human resources management from Paris Dauphine University. She began her career in 2001 at Coca-Cola Enterprises, where she spent six years leading various HR projects in France and the United States.
In 2007, she joined Veolia Propreté as HR Development Manager, before becoming Human Resources Director for a subsidiary of Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies. After gaining further experience in the plastics industry, she joined Amazon, where she held several positions, including HR Director for Amazon France Logistics, before taking on responsibilities with an international scope.
In 2022, she was appointed Executive Human Resources Director of Lidl France. Drawing on her diverse background, she now supports FM Logistic’s transformation and talent development across the Group.
