Otti Vogt is a business philosopher, leadership reformer, and thought leader working at the intersection of management, philosophy, and societal transformation. With over 25 years of global executive experience, including serving as COO and Chief Transformation Officer at ING, he is recognized as one of Europe’s leading voices on what makes organizations and leaders “good.”

He co-founded the Good Organization Research Lab in partnership with the University of St. Gallen and is a principal architect of Moral Management Theory, redefining standards for responsible leadership and organizational excellence. Otti has held senior leadership roles across banking, consulting, and technology sectors, leading large-scale transformations, digital innovation, and operational change.

A certified leadership coach and international keynote speaker, he is also co-founder of the Global Society for Good Leadership and United Leaders Europe, translating philosophy and research into practical strategies that inspire ethical, effective, and sustainable leadership.
