About

I have more than 25 years of experience in human resource management, during which I have led successful organizational and cultural transformations in multinational corporations. I began my career at General Electric, where, among other roles, I supported financial and
IT functions as a regional HR manager and successfully coordinated multiple corporate mergers and acquisitions. Later in my career, as HR Director at UPC Hungary, I contributed to the company’s growth by establishing fundamental HR systems and launching a performance-based corporate culture.

Following this, I worked as HR Director at Microsoft Hungary, where I played a key role in the company’s cultural transformation, the introduction of a growth mindset, and the development of the diversity strategy for the Central and Eastern European region. Returning to the telecommunications sector, I spent six years as Chief People Officer at Magyar Telekom, where I was responsible for the company’s HR strategy and its implementation, agile transformation, internal and external communications, as well as diversity and sustainability programs within an organization of a 6,000 employees. One of my key professional achievements was leading a workforce transformation that resulted in increased employee engagement while reducing organizational costs and hierarchy levels.

Currently, I serve as the CHRO of T-Systems International’s global HR organization, where my goal is to build an international HR team that supports the company’s success with future-proof skills. My key focus areas include strengthening employee engagement, skill development, and performance management, as well as creating a transparent feedback culture that fosters continuous growth and drives business results.
