Shane Cragun is Managing Partner at LEADERSCODE.AI and a global advisor, consultant, and educator specializing in leadership, high performance, digital transformation, and AI integration. He has worked hands-on with organizations across 26 countries, including regions in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, China, India, Turkey, and the United States.
A proven executive coach, Shane helps leaders elevate performance and navigate complex change. Previously, he was a Senior Partner at Korn Ferry, where he led the global Leadership 5.0 practice from the firm’s London office. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at FranklinCovey, overseeing global client delivery, and began his professional journey as an internal consultant at National Semiconductor in Silicon Valley.
Shane has advised a wide range of global organizations, including Honda, Cisco, NASA, Siemens, Merck, Hewlett-Packard, Citigroup, Royal Caribbean, KPMG, EY, Yale University, and multiple government and defense institutions.
