I have gathered significant experience Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa, living and working from Dubai and Singapore for the past 16 years. In my role in Middle East & Africa, as an Entrepreneurial Techno-Commercial Leader, I could specialize in Business Development, Key Account Management, Streamlining workflows, Developing and Managing multi-cultural and cross-functional teams, Expanding International Business, Cross-selling and leading change. My current role in APAC, has led me to be a transformational leader who is building successful commercial organization and winning teams that deliver superior results. 
 
One of my big achievement in my career to date has been the opportunity to influence and help colleagues and mentees to flourish at their work and thrive in their careers. It has been a treat to see someone expand into the space you have helped them see, and the pride they have in themselves and their growth.  
 
Currently, I lead the Commercial Excellence (CE) and Go-to-Market (GTM) efforts for our Food Ingredient business in Asia Pacific. CE is a transformational effort to have customer driven growth and it is driven through People, Process and Technology. My focus is to establish and lead strong customer centric and cross selling GTM organization enabled by right tools and efficient processes. The approach includes customer selection and segmentation, developing and delivering customer value proposition, Commercial Talent competency development and retention, Digital solutions that drive growth and efficiencies, Sales Enablement to enable growth-minded customer interactions, CRM and creating pricing capabilities that are based on the value.
