Matt Elliott served as Chief People Officer and a member of the Group Executive Committee at Bank of Ireland from 2019 until announcing his departure in late 2025, driving cultural transformation across the bank. He previously spent eight years at Virgin Money, where he led HR through the integration of Northern Rock.
