Prior to Autodoc, Mário held senior roles in other international Tech Companies, focusing on Talent Management, Talent Branding, and People Analytics. With an Engineering and Executive Search background, he applies a structured, data-driven approach to People Strategy and Workforce Planning. He is also an active member of the Global Talent Intelligence community.
