Humsha has 31 years of experience across the HR spectrum and had the privilege of gaining exposure to a wide range of industries including Financial Services, FMCG, Retail and Healthcare. In her HR career, she has had the good fortune of being part of a wide range of
strategic business transformation projects and has driven HR strategy development and implementation of M&A, divestments, in-and-outsourcing, organisational redesign and restructuring. Her experience has enabled her to achieve significant success in designing and implementing HR strategies and objectives into tangible business solutions and successes.
She has also built up an understanding of how HR fits within the business and helped develop ways to transform teams and organizations to incorporate digital capability and meet the demands of constant change. Humsha has fulfilled the role of coach to many leaders and HR professionals combining her skills as an organizational psychologist and coach to support leaders in personal strategic and organizational growth. Humsha’s distinctive competency lies in her passion for individual and organizational learning, working actively with leaders towards achieving sustainable life-changing behaviours in their lives and their careers. Humsha holds a degree in Social Science and an Honours Degree in Organisational Psychology as well as a certification as an Executive Coach.
