GEORG SCHLOTTER

Georg joined Oerlikon in June 2020 and was appointed as CHRO for the OSS Division in November, 2020. He is responsible to steer and drive the HR strategy for the Oerlikon Surface Solutions Division (OSS). Prior to joining Oerlikon, Georg worked in various HR and consulting roles with companies such as SAP, Deloitte, and BP. He led the HR business partnering activity for the Borealis Polyolefins business and was responsible for implementing SuccessFactors globally into the company.
