Since April 2020 working as Head of People and Group People Digital Development for Stena Line a ferry company operating on more than 20 routes in Europe with 6100 employees from 40 countries. Current focus is on Digital Development and Leadership Development in a fast changing, challenging world.
Prior to joining Stena Line worked in various sectors such as Travel/Leisure, Transport, Automotive, Accountancy for both smaller and corporate organizations like TUI, KLM/Transavia, Siemens & EY accountancy.
Most of the roles were as HR Manager or HR Director with a wide scale of responsibilities from leadership development, learning, digital development, project management, Compensation & Benefits including payroll
