Cristelle joined Ferring in April 2021 as Chief People Officer responsible for delivering all aspects of Ferring’s human capital strategy as well as corporate communications.
She joined Ferring from Implenia, where, as a member of the Executive Committee, she led the HR organisation globally. Before that she held similar positions in several major global companies and brings invaluable expertise of transforming HR and Communications functions across multiple industries and business sectors.
Christelle trained as a biochemist at the Ecole Supérieure de Chimie in Lille, France, and also holds a Master’s degree in Biochemistry from Heriot-Watt University in Scotland.
