Catarina Horta is the Human Capital Director at Novobanco, bringing over 20 years of experience in human resources and communications. Throughout her career, Catarina has held HR management positions across various industries, including communications, catering, construction, pharmaceuticals, consultancy, airport management, and banking. She has also led international projects with PwC and McKinsey, focusing on coaching and change management.
Currently, Catarina serves as a permanent guest member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees at Novobanco and is a Board Member at Nova Forum, the executive training arm of Nova School of Business and Economics. She holds a master’s degree in Psychology from Universidade de Lisboa and is a certified executive coach by the International Association of Coaching (IAC).
Additionally, Catarina is an invited teacher and keynote speaker on talent management, career development, and women’s leadership, including at TEDx ISCTE. She is also the author of the book “A Arte da Guerra na Gestão de Talentos” (The Art of War in Talent Management).
