ALEXANDRA EICHBERGER

Alexandra Eichberger has been Head of People & Culture at Erste Digital, the IT partner of Erste Group with more than 2,000 IT experts, since July 2023. In this role, she is responsible for all people-related topics across the locations in Austria, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic. As a passionate HR professional, she focuses on leadership, talent acquisition, and learning. Previously, she served as Cluster Lead Employer of Choice at Deutsche Telekom, where she was responsible for international employer branding and HR marketing, among other things. At Magenta Telekom, she played a key role in shaping the people integration during the merger of T-Mobile and UPC Austria. Alexandra’s ambition is to create a work environment where leadership, a growth mindset, and performance orientation serve as catalysts for growth at both individual and organizational levels.
