Kiki van den Berg

Kiki van den Berg is Global Director HR Business at Rabobank. In this role, she drives the integration of the people strategy into the business strategy and supports large-scale organizational and cultural transformations. She shapes HR strategy in close partnership with the business and guides complex change journeys that strengthen both performance and long‑term organizational health.

Previously at Rabobank, Kiki served as Executive Vice President HR Strategy & Transformation, where she led strategic HR programs across 37 countries and co-led the bank’s global Agile@Scale program, one of the largest BusDevOps transitions within the organization.

Before joining Rabobank, she held several senior HR leadership roles at KPN. There, she developed deep expertise in managing multi‑year transformations, leadership and talent development, and workforce strategy.

Kiki believes that in today’s rapidly changing world, organizations must reinvent themselves approximately every three years. There is no single perfect model: success requires continuous adaptation, evolution, and a willingness to change behaviors. Meaningful behavioral change only occurs when an organization commits to real, substantial transformation.
