Vladislava (Vladka) Kozakova is Chief Human Resources Officer at Yokohama OHT, where she leads HR strategy across Yokohama TWS, ATG, OTR, and Global Operations. She focuses on supporting HR teams, sharing best practices, and creating meaningful career development opportunities to strengthen talent management within the off-highway business segment.
Prior to this role, Vladka served for seven years as Vice President of Global HR & Sustainability at Yokohama TWS, partnering closely with the leadership team to develop and implement global HR strategies. She brings extensive international HR experience from her 16-year tenure at Celestica, where she held senior leadership positions including Senior Director of Human Resources Global Operations and HR Director for Europe, overseeing operations across 25 manufacturing sites in Asia, Europe, and North America.
Earlier in her career, Vladka served as HR Director at Celestica CR, successfully scaling two manufacturing sites in the Czech Republic from greenfield operations to over 4,000 employees. She also held HR management roles at Bass – Prague Breweries and PepsiCo, focusing on talent management, training, and employee development across the Czech and Slovak markets. Her career reflects deep expertise in global HR strategy, talent acquisition, organizational development, and leadership in complex international environments.
