Before joining Siemens Energy, Sebastian has been responsible for Compensation & Benefits, People Analytics and Governance at Bilfinger SE. He started his career at hkp/// group, an international HR consultancy where he advised companies particularly in questions of executive and non-executive compensation as well as strategic talent and performance management. Sebastian Wetzel holds a M.Sc. from the University of Mannheim with a major in strategic management.
