I’ve had the privilege of building a diverse career, blending technical expertise, management, and human resources. Over the course of 15 years in the oil and gas industry, I worked as a hydrodynamics expert engineer specializing in pipeline modeling. I later shifted my focus to HR and recruitment. Today, as Group Talent Director at Egis, a global architecture, consulting and engineering group that provides solutions in the fields of transport, urban development, and environmental projects, I lead recruitment, learning, and talent management strategies. My work is driven by a strong focus on processes, data, and tools, using an agile, results-oriented project management approach to drive success.
