Mário Pereira is the Interim Chief People Officer at Autodoc. He is driving the company’s transition to a product-oriented People model and overseeing key areas of organizational design, enablement and effectiveness. Prior to Autodoc, Mário held senior roles in other international Tech Companies, focusing on Talent Management, Talent Branding, and People Analytics. With an Engineering and Executive Search background, he applies a structured, data-driven approach to People Strategy and Workforce Planning. He is also an active member of the Global Talent Intelligence community.
