At Atea, Karina is working with business and culture transformation as well as focusing on enhancing the employee experiences and organizational efficiency through adoption of technology and AI both internally and with Atea’s customers.
Rather than seeing AI rollout as a technology project, HR should position itself as the engine of transformation - the function that drives strategic impact of AI with human significance, inclusivity and accountability. In this session we will explore how HR can take the lead in AI adoption from a people-centric change perspective and why lack of HR involvement in AI transformation is bad for business both from a business value as well as a productivity perspective. We will focus on how to overcome the differences in technology adoption across gender and generations and examine how to drive the necessary cultural shift, skill development, and ethical discussions surrounding AI. We will further explore why current change management models fall short in the deployment of AI and what to do about it
