Helga Halldórsdóttir is the Head of Human Resources at Arion Bank, where she leads strategic initiatives aimed at fostering continuous development, strong leadership, and a high-performing workplace culture. Helga has over 30 years of experience in the financial sector and extensive expertise in human resources, lean management, and internal auditing. She holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Iceland and has completed a yoga teacher training program, reflecting her strong interest in personal growth and well-being. Alongside her professional career, she has worked as a yoga instructor and delivered workshops and lectures, particularly on lean management, effectively sharing her knowledge and experience.
